Festival Dates: June 5-7, 2026

Hours of Operation: Friday: Noon-9 p.m., Saturday: 10 a.m. - 9 p.m., Sunday: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Booth Fees: To view the booth categories and fees, view a hard copy of the application here.

Deadlines: Applications submitted online with payment by April 1, 2026 will receive priority consideration. Booth fees will increase on April 1, and applications will be accepted on a rolling basis if booth spaces are available.

Cancellation & Refunds: No refunds will be made for vendor cancellations after April 1, 2026, or for violations of the Rules & Regulations, or for inclement weather.

Application Review: The Downtown Days Committee reserves the right to accept or reject applications and assign booth spaces. If your application is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email in mid-April. Accepted vendors will then receive their assigned booth number. If your application is not accepted, your fee will be refunded.

Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. If you prefer to pay by check, complete our paper application and mail it with a check.
