This year’s event is full of family-friendly entertainment and activities for all ages to enjoy. Kids’ Street on Douglas Street from 2nd to 3rd streets is packed with booths and vendors catering to the younger crowd. Sponsored by Main Event.
Sports Booth
Visitors to this year’s Downtown Days Festival will want to stop by the Sports Booth to complete their festival experience. The Sports Booth, located on SE Main Street, will have opportunities for festival attendees to win prizes at the Spin to Win Wheel, visit with local athletes in the autograph area, and watch live sporting events on TV in the booth. Carnival
To some of the younger festival attendees, the carnival and its rides are the main attraction of the weekend. Tickets are sold at the carnival entrance and can then be redeemed to ride the carnival rides.
On Sunday bring your kids out for wristband day where you can buy a wristband for your little thrill-seeker and they can ride unlimited rides during festival hours for only $25 per person!
PS – the wristbands fit adults too, but we suggest saving the funnel cake until after you’ve gotten your fill of carnival rides.
