Kids Street

Presented by Summit Play Village

This year’s event is full of family-friendly entertainment and activities for all ages to enjoy. Kids’ Street on Douglas Street from 2nd to 3rd streets is packed with booths and vendors catering to the younger crowd.

Sports Booth

Visitors to this year’s Downtown Days Festival will want to stop by the Sports Booth to complete their festival experience. The Sports Booth, located on SE Main Street, will have opportunities for festival attendees to win prizes at the Spin to Win Wheel, visit with local athletes in the autograph area, and watch live sporting events on TV in the booth. Sponsored by Sporting Kansas City.

Carnival

Thrill seekers of all ages will want to make their way to the Carnival ticket booth, located next to the iconic Ferris wheel on the west side of the train tracks.

On Friday and Saturday, tickets will be sold until 9 p.m. and can be redeemed to ride individual rides until 9:30 p.m. Attendees can ride unlimited rides exclusively on Sunday, June 8th until 5 p.m. with the purchase of a $25 wristband.

PS – the wristbands fit adults too, but we suggest saving the funnel cake until after you’ve gotten your fill of carnival rides.
