Their ability to bring together the art of story telling with this cross-pollination of musical styles has won them a broad international fan base, as well as critical attention in prestigious publications such as PASTE Magazine, Folk & Acoustic Music Exchange, Music Row Magazine, Goldmine Magazine, TRAD Magazine (France), Chicago Sun-Times, Kansas City Star and many more.

Friday, June 5 at 8:30 pm

Seasoned professionals, they’ve earned the respect of promoters, club owners, producers and peers for their dedication to their craft, easy going confidence and their refreshing lack of pretense. Fourth generation performers, their musical heritage began in the latter part of the 19th century with their great-great grandfather, the classically trained violinist Valandingham Nace. The legacy continued in the 1920’s and 30’s with their grandfather Percy, a multi-instrumentalist and square dance caller. By the late 40’s their father was playing box suppers and square dances. In their 31st year as a touring group the Nace Brothers are poised for a larger audience. Brilliant songwriting, expressive vocals, soaring guitar and a rock solid rhythm section combine for entertainment at its best. The Nace Brothers have had appearances with Jimmy Buffet, Bo Diddley, The Nitty Gritty Dirt band and more.
