Downtown Days Applications for Vendors

WELCOME VENDORS!

We are so excited that you are interested in participating in Downtown Days! This festival will have a lot of things you loved about Old Tyme Days, but some improvements that will make you love Downtown Days even more.

Below you will find links for three different types of applications: Hand Crafted Arts, Commercial/Gaming or Food. Please make sure to read the frequently asked question pages to figure out what category best describes your business and to learn about the rules and regulations for each type of vendor.

All applications will be juried, insuring that we have a high quality and a good variety of vendors.

Your application must be received by no later than March 15th, 2008 for Handcrafter and Food Vendors and no later than April 1st, 2008 for Commercial/Gaming Vendors.  In order for an application to be considered, all items must be included.  ALL booths are juried whether food, handcrafted or commercial.  All applications should include the jury fee check and booth fee check, applications missing these items will not be considered.  Before sending in your applications please check to see that you have done the following

  1. Complete application
  2. Include check for booth rental
  3. Check for non-refundable jury fee
  4. Signed hold harmless agreement
  5. Enclose requested amount/type of photos
  6. Self address stamped envelop

Again, any uncomplete applications will be immediately rejected and not considered for our festival.

*Please note jury fee checks will be cashed immediately.  Booth rental checks will be cashed upon acceptance.  Vendors not accepted will have their checks returned.
